Experiential supervision for therapists in training
Each supervisory relationship is unique.
I believe in a collaborative approach to supervision that supports your personal needs and goals in your development as a therapist and an individual.
Through our time together, we will work to foster your therapeutic voice, and uncover your gifts as a caring professional.
How we’ll work together:
Embodied methods for deep learning
Go beyond “the talk” and into “the walk.” Using experiential methods (reviewing session videos, role plays, and parallel process techniques) will help refine your therapeutic skills.
Self-of-the-therapist work
We'll explore areas of your life and our world that influence your work, including racial identity, power dynamics, and conscious or unconscious bias in the therapeutic relationship.
Structured, process-oriented support
By focusing on process and personal development over "problems and solutions," we'll set a relationship-first foundation.
A trusting, human relationship
Through a reliable, honest relationship, you're invited to show up as your whole self. I bring a creative, playful spirit to supervision while serving as a grounding presence in your learning journey.
